New Traditions And Housekeeping

Happy New Year! Woot! 01.01.11 that is like binary or something. My mom whom I have been living with (with the 2 month exception earlier in 2010) for a year started what I think is a great tradition today at breakfast. Actually have breakfast on the cleared off dining room table. Where you sit down. Eat food off of a plate with a set of cutlery and the use of a napkin. There was tea poured and orange juice in little cups. It was a delightful thing and I think that when I have kids, it will be one that I will enforce with pain of death.

I have also decided that this week will be clean up my interwebs week. I will go through and update blogrolls, actually tag posts, delete people from social media who I am pretty sure only added me because well.. they are friend whores and I think try to really get down to the root of the issues I have with my own internet presence.

2010 was a craptastic year for me, I am really hopeful that 2011 will be a great improvement. I have sent the last bit of paperwork that I needed to the Canadian Govt. Hopefully, my hubs and I will be reunited in the next few months. I feel that I am also about start on some grand epic self reliance quest. I hope I get massive XP (experience points)and level up.
